1-PRELIMINARY CONDITIONS

-You appreciate our work and goals and you accept consultancies in english or in french.

2-COMPETENCIES

My core competencies are related to:

-Definition of strategies, invention of new concepts for mastering complex problems and situations: Economic policies, Development policies, Corporate strategies, Political issues, Ethical issues, and so on.

-I can also conduct specific inquiries with high integrity and confidentiality and specifics surveys notably related to geopolitics, futurology and so on.

-I can provide you with corporate conferences or team training for improving skills in visioning, creativity, decision making process, and so on.

3-METHOD

I always use the same method that you have appreciated in reading the global leader surveys:

-Short description of the symptoms.

-Analysis of the causes.

-Prescription of the cure.

By the end of the Mission, I usually deliver immediately a written prescription.

4-CONDITIONS

According to our values, any mission must help make the world a better place. It means that I only accept missions that are morally right and excellent.

You expose your problem and I immediately answer you if I can or if I want to do the mission. If I agree to do it, my conditions are the following:

-A prepaid flight ticket A/R - First or business.

-Full board pension in four/five stars hotels during the mission.

-Outside Western Europe and the USA, facilitation for transfer and visa. Limousine service and driver during the duration of the mission. Everywhere, a computer with word, a printer and a connection to Internet must be provided during the mission.

Prepaid flight ticket, and full board pension coupon are required before the departure of the mission. Usually a full week represents a standard duration. It can be longer or shorter according to the mission.
