21-The creation process

The next Drawing 1 describes all the steps for starting a business.

Firstly, you must have a real will to start your biz and also a business idea. It's easy to say but in fact it's a very complicated process! You need a full empowerment program based both on personal development (visioning, creativity and so on) and on real knowledge (Economy, real world, global trends and so on).

Secondly, once you have gotten a business idea you must establish a quick sketch in order to see if you have the capacity and the money to realize your project. This first sketch is a core step because if there are too much uncertainties about the feasibility of your idea, it should be worthless to begin long studies in marketing or financial projections.

Thirdly, you have to realize detailed studies in four fields: marketing, operation and manufacturing process, organization and finally financial projections. Along these studies, you are establishing your business plan that is to say your road map for starting your biz.

fourthly, either you can begin to implement your business with your own savings, either you have to be funded. In this second case, you must write your business plan in a formal process for submitting it to the founders. Most of the academic emphasize on this writing but I must recall you that your goal is to start a real business and not to get an award in writing business plan!

In the fifth place, you have to implement the business, order to contractors, manage a planning, contact people and maybe begin to hire. It needs right now to be able to communicate, to manage and lead real people in a real world!

Finally there is the opening day. All this process could be realized within one year and I will explain below why it is not recommended to go slower.

22-The learning process

Our learning process relies on hyper learning principles. As a result, the learning process focuses on motivation and is closely connected to the creative process

kids learn to walk and to speak in an exponential rate because they have a very strong motivation: Utility ( They learn in order to get food and rewards) and because they learn by sensory stimulation and experience.

Consequently, our innovative approach is based on:

- A challenge: the creation of a business. The learner must solve the challenge in using learning and web resources.

-Motivation: The learner is trained to be motivated. What is more, he targets the creation of his own business.

-Experience: The learner immediately experiences what he has just learnt.

-Finally, the learner gets the right solution and succeeds in implementing his own business. In so doing, we expect to get the same exponential results as during the first infancy. Look at the drawing:

222-Motivation

Our program emphasizes on personal development. It answers to a frequent question: Is it possible to learn entrepreneurship? Our program is the answer to this question: Yes! Entrepreneurship can be taught but it needs a real empowerment program at the early beginning of the process.

223-Learning process connected to creative process.

All the lessons are connected to each step of the creative process and their chronology relies on the real need of the learner actor. Look at the following drawing:

The learning process includes 30 lessons because the start up have enormous needs at the earliest stages of their development. These 30 lessons are divided into personal development (color green ) knowledge ( color blue) and practical advices or case study ( other colors).

23-The unifying process

The unifying process is the mixture in one body of the learning process and the creative process.

As a result there is only one road map with 30 work stations:

Each work station includes a learning part and an acting part ( Do it yourself). In the Do it yourself , the learner creates his enterprise. Each work station is a precision guided learning to perform a specific task in the real world.

The total cursus represents 500 hours of learning and acting. These 500 hours are divided into 180 hours of learning and 320 hours of acting.


3-HOW TO COPE WITH EACH WORK STATION

Each work station (FW) is divided into four parts: The lesson, the external readings, the Do it yourself and the link to the Author.

31-The lesson

Our basic courses follow the US academic standards and reach the same level as business schools. Click here to consult an abstract of the 30 lessons.

What is more, we have invented some managerial tools that do not exist in other schools. You can look at the list of all these managerial inventions in the above abstract (pink color code).

Each lesson gives by itself the core knowledge's and tips that the learner needs and must be read or revised three times. According to the subject, a lesson can last about one or one and half hour. Some lessons require four to five hours because they deal with complex matters such as accounting or financial analysis. The lessons include many drawings because a drawing is worth a thousand words. Many quiz about the lesson are included in the external links and you must do them.

What is more, the writing of the text and of the summary lesson includes some secret tips that are embedded to ease the learning process.

Each lesson includes some real life example and a lot of down earth advices. Very often, they could seem a bit provocative: The goal is to facilitate their remembrance. These down earth advices must be engraved in your mind!

The lesson summary is a good tool for memorizing the main lesson chapters.

32-The external readings

We have used external resources offered by the web because it's not worth to repeat what has been written by other people. Our program includes about 160 external links. You can consult the global list in clicking on external links. These links include academic lessons, training courses from the best consulting groups and articles relevant to the subject.

As an average, these external readings represent at least 140 hours of readings. As the lesson includes by itself the core knowledge, you can tailor the time spent to external readings according to your specific needs: For example, it's not useful to read a complete e-book about international market if you only target the Montana customers! Nevertheless, you must have some global knowledge's about the international commerce but in this case a quick survey is sufficient.

Instead to be placed at the end of the module, each reading is integrated in the lesson at the end of the relevant paragraph. You get it at the right moment. As you know, many web site are constantly moved. Don't hesitate to report the broken links: I shall immediately replace them.

All these external readings are for free. As a result you do not need to buy any book!

As we respect the copyright, you have to go through the home page site and then we guide you to access the relevant article or subject. It's not a lost of time because you can get some topics interesting your specific project on the main page.

We do not depend on any advertisement and our choices are only guided by the relevance of the articles, and the facilitation of the access. For example, we have prohibited all the external links based on PDF because they take too much time for loading.

As you know, web is made up of junk stuff and some gems. As an average, we have to explore twenty sites for selecting only one. For example, it has required two years of hard work for selecting, reading and assemble all this base.

33-Do it yourself

Do it yourself indicates for each working station what the learner has to do right now. It represents an average of 320 hours for planning and doing the required tasks. Time indicated is an average depending on the learner and external circumstances.

In the Do it yourself, you will find useful links which are relevant for implementing the business: These links mainly include suppliers and of course they do not provide with free stuff.

Once again, I underline that we have no business relations with these sites. They provide with the goods and services you can need but we encourage you to look for other suppliers in order to have a large choice and to get the best prices.

34-Link to the Author

At the end of each work station, there is a link to the author. You can call for help or just for exchanging ideas through e-mails. Click Here . I shall provide each of you with advices and words of encouragement.

5-HOW TO MANAGE YOUR TIME

The program should be performed within one year. There are two reasons for setting up a non flexible time management: The first is that you must have a dead line. No dead line, no project! The second reason is that all the process implies a very strong mental pressure and experience shows that such a pressure is only acceptable if there is a dead line. Nevertheless, some projects require more time when they include inventions.

Of course such a program implies a very rigorous time management illustrated by the following Gantt chart:

The learners are required to follow strictly this road map. Each work station indicates their position and the time to destination, that it is to say the opening day of your own business!

However, I underline that this scheduling is just a good recommendation. In fact , once you have access to the program, there is not any time limit for performing it.


6-CHOOSE A GOOD ATTORNEY AND ACCOUNTANT

I must advise you that State and legal regulations are on the increase everywhere. It's very important to choose a good attorney and a professional accountant.
